Governance
Adhering, active and partner members contribute on an annual basis to funding of SCORELCA. ADEME participates at a level of 40% to funding of research work.
Practically speaking, the choice of research subjects, their allocation and follow-up of the work of laboratories is done collegially by the active members of SCORELCA. A scientific director supports them in these processes.

Philippe Osset
 Engineer of Ecole Centrale de Paris (ECP 92). He has 20 years of experience in applying LCA to the environmental problematic of industrials (all sectors) and public authorities, according to ISO 14040 series. He took part in various research projects in partnership for the European Commission (FP) and for ANR. He takes part in the French thematic steering committee ECO-TS of ANR, and in the steering committee of the international research network ECO-INNOVERA.
He has accompanied the creation of SCORELCA. He is member of SETAC and the X30U Commission (environmental management) of AFNOR, and in particular the working group on LCA. He is representing France at ISO TC207 as chairman for working groups SC5/WG9 and SC5/WG10. He took actively part in setting up NF BP X30-323 standard, methodological reflections and associated sectorial documents.
He is President and co-founder of Solinnen, an engineering company applying practice of LCA. He is author, with Laurent Grisel, of the book "L'Analyse du Cycle de Vie d'un produit ou d'un service, applications et mise en pratique" ("Life Cycle Assessment of a product or service, application and putting into practice") published by "AFNOR Editions".

Marion Devienne
 After graduating from Mines Nantes with a degree in Environmental Engineering (environmental management and pollution treatment), she worked in Areva's engineering department (Orano) to implement eco-design, by raising awareness and training employees and customers, integrating eco-design into methodological and technological reference frameworks, and carrying out Life Cycle Assessments.
